Regina: our family uses insulated stainless steel water bottles. Favorites are from YETI, ThermoFlask, and Camelback.

Yes, good point Regina. We source local olive oil, often at the farmers' market, and I especially like to support small farms and vendors. As far as water bottles, I use glass in the fridge and good-quality stainless steel for our desk, but I've considered the glass option there as well.

thank you. BTW, your recent article on beauty fits with a presentation I am doing on beauty. I wasn't able to comment since I think you set that one to paid subscribers only who can comment, so that is why I am using this comment section to let you know that my presentation is about an inner beauty treatment for the soul. I would like to add how one's environment is an extension of the soul and I may quote you and also recommend your substack both in my presentation and on my substack page. Also, I found a tin of a chai blend that I add to my teas.

My husband and I make sure we source the pure olive oil. Many that say extra virgin may not be good.

It is good to do research to find the best olive oils. We also found that olive leaf oil or in a supplement lowers blood pressure as well as grape extract. We love the Blue Zone books. You are spot on about the teas as well. I appreciate your sharing of good things that are so helpful. We recently purchased a water filter and are eliminating plastic water bottles. Are those insulated water bottles okay?
